1. Grant of License
Upon payment of the applicable license fee, CS Software Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the RivloTools Content Migration Manager software package on a single licensed Umbraco instance/domain.

2. Ownership
You are purchasing a license to use the software - not ownership of the code, underlying systems, or intellectual property. All rights remain with CS Software Ltd.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

Share, distribute, sublicense, or resell the software

Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass license checks

Install or use the software on more domains/instances than licensed

4. License Validation
The software includes a license validation mechanism. You agree not to tamper with, disable, or circumvent this system. Licenses may be verified online using data such as domain name and Umbraco version.

5. Fees and Renewal
Licenses are granted upon payment and may be version-locked (e.g. for Umbraco 13 only). Future updates or cross-version upgrades may require additional fees unless otherwise stated.

6. No Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CS Software Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use.

7. Termination
Your license is terminated immediately upon breach of this agreement. You must delete all copies of the software and cease use if your license is revoked.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
