CS Software Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use the Rivlo Licensing Validator package in your Umbraco project(s) for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

This software is the intellectual property of CS Software Ltd. You are granted a license to use it — not ownership of the code, branding, or intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Distribute, sublicense, resell, or repackage the software

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software

• Include the software in a public repository or publish it under your own name

4. No Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. CS Software Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use this software.

5. Support & Updates

No support, maintenance, or feature updates are guaranteed, although updates may be provided at CS Software Ltd’s discretion.

6. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
